温针灸配合活血祛风汤剂治疗老年脑梗死的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察在老年脑梗死疾病的治疗中使用温针灸配合活血祛风汤剂的效果。方法:共选择北京市东城金针研究学会海运仓中医门诊部74例脑梗死患者,就诊时间为2020年1月-2021年7月,将纳入患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组37例。活血祛风汤剂治疗法用于对照组,温针灸配合活血祛风汤剂治疗法用于观察组。结果:观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分低于对照组,肢体运动功能Fugel-Meyer评定量表(Fugel-Meyer Assessment Scale,FMA)评分高于对照组,丙二醛、活性氧指标低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶指标高于对照组,临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年脑梗死疾病治疗中使用温针灸配合活血祛风汤剂治疗方法,有助于改善患者的神经功能缺损症状,改善肢体功能,疾病临床治疗效果显著。Objective:To observe the effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion plus the Huoxue Qufeng decoction(活血祛风汤)on senile cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 74 cases were selected.The visiting time was from January 2020 to July 2021.The included cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group took the Huoxue Qufeng decoction,and the observation group received warming acupuncture and moxibustion plus the Huoxue Qufeng decoction.Results:The NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the FMA score of limb motor function was higher than the control group.The indexes of malondialdehyde and reactive oxygen species in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and superoxide dismutase level was higher than the control group.The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture and moxibustion plus the Huoxue Qufeng decoction on senile cerebral infarction can help to ameliorate the symptoms of neurological deficit and improve limb function,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
