摘  要:各种污染物在实际环境中往往以混合态的形式存在,单一毒性效应已无法为生态风险评估提供可靠的依据,因此混合体系的联合毒性效应得到了广泛研究。该文在总结大量文献的基础上,重点概述了明亮发光杆菌在混合物联合毒性检测中的应用研究,主要包括重金属、抗生素、农药、除草剂、其他有机污染物、处理过的废水、污染土壤、大气颗粒物等多种混合物,比较了该方法和其他生物测定法的灵敏度。此外,总结发现该方法虽然检测速度快、操作简便、成本低廉,但检测结果易受毒物兴奋效应、高盐浓度(3%NaCl)影响,受限于样品性质,细菌状态难以控制,因此该方法未来研究方向应该着重于减弱以上因素的干扰,选择合理的前处理方法,进一步发展生物荧光酶毒性检测技术来弥补细菌状态易改变的缺点,提高该方法检测结果的准确性。Various pollutants often exist in natural environment in the form of mixture, and single toxic effect cannot provide a reliable basis for ecological risk assessment. Therefore, the joint toxic effect of mixture has been widely studied. On the basis of summarizing a large number of literatures, the application of Photobacterium phosphoreumin on joint toxicity detection of mixtures was high-lighted, mainly including heavy metals, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides, other organic pollutants, treated wastewater, contaminated soil, atmospheric particles and other complex pollutants. The sensitivity of this method was also compared with other bioassays. Furthermore, it was concluded that the method is rapid, brief operation, and cost effective, but the detection results are susceptible to the effects of Hormesis and high salt concentration(3% NaCl), limited by sample properties, and difficult to control the bacterial state. Therefore, in order to improve the authenticity and accuracy of the detection results, the future research direction of this method should focus on weakening the interference of the above factors,selecting reasonable pre-treatment method and further develop the bioluminase toxicity detection technology to compensate for the disadvantage of easy change of bacterial state.
