摘　　要：高新技术的应用,引起社会各界的广泛关注。电气技术是高新技术领域中的一个重要分支,与生活、生产有着密不可分的关系。中职学校需要为社会输送电气技术应用专业的创新人才,以满足社会的发展需要。文章从中职电气技术应用专业改革的意义、教学方法的改革是培养创新能力的关键、中职电气技术应用专业创新人才培养策略三方面,对中职电气技术应用专业创新人才培养模式进行论述,以提高中职电气技术教学质量,为社会培养电气技术应用专业创新人才,满足社会发展需要。The application of high and new technology has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.Electrical technology is an important branch in the high-tech field,which has an inseparable relationship with life and production.Secondary vocational schools need to provide innovative talents in electrical technology application to meet the needs of social development.This paper discusses the training mode of innovative talents of electrical technology application specialty in secondary vocational schools from three aspects:the significance of the reform of electrical technology application specialty in secondary vocational schools,the reform of teaching methods is the key to cultivating innovative ability,and the training strategy of innovative talents of electrical technology application specialty in secondary vocational schools,so as to improve the quality of electrical technology teaching in secondary vocational schools,train innovative talents of electrical technology application specialty for the society,and meet the needs of social development.
