摘　　要：高校管理模式对人才培养工作能起到重要的作用。兵团高校担负着“维稳戍边”的责任和使命,应该实施准军事化管理。兵团高校实施准军事化管理,有利于培养“兵团人才”,成为“兵团人才”辈出的“兵”之摇篮,成为“维稳戍边”的中坚力量,有效维护新疆地区的社会稳定和长治久安。文章针对新疆生产建设兵团高校的特殊任务和使命,提出兵团高校实施准军事化管理培养“兵团人才”的理念,并从培养“兵”的意识、提高“兵”的能力和强化“兵”的责任三个方面阐述兵团高校实施准军事化管理的有效策略。College management mode can play an important role in talent training.Colleges and universities of the corps shoulder the responsibility and mission of"maintaining stability and guarding the border",and should implement paramilitary management.The implementation of paramilitary management in corps colleges and universities is conducive to cultivating"corps talents",becoming the cradle of"soldiers"with a large number of"corps talents",becoming the backbone of"maintaining stability and guarding the border",and effectively maintaining social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.In view of the special tasks and missions of colleges and universities of Xinjiang production and construction corps,this paper puts forward the idea of implementing paramilitary management in colleges and universities of Xinjiang production and construction corps and cultivating"corps talents",and expounds the effective strategies of implementing paramilitary management in colleges and universities of Xinjiang production and construction corps from three aspects:cultivating the consciousness of"soldiers",improving the ability of"soldiers"and strengthening the responsibility of"soldiers".
