摘 要:大数据产业发展到如今的应用期是行业发展的必然。随着信息技术的迅猛发展,“互联网+”的理念已经逐步融入生活的方方面面,工会组织要“用好大数据,布局新时代”[1],推进“智慧工会”建设势在必行。长沙“智慧工会”自2020年5月1日上线正式运行,经实地调研,效果良好。通过调研长沙“智慧工会”建设现状,实地考察进行分析研判,从转变新思维,服务工会组织,打造“智慧工会”品牌;利用新平台,服务工会会员,推进信息惠民工程;运用新策略,服务一线职工,实施“网上成才计划”等三个方面发现存在的问题,改进工作,提出若干优化策略。The development of the big data industry to the current application period is the inevitable development of the industry.With the rapid development of information technology,the concept of“Internet+”has been gradually integrated into all aspects of life.It is imperative for trade unions to“make good use of big data and create a new era”and promote“smart trade union”.Changsha’s“Smart Trade Union”has been in operation since May 1,2020.After on-the-spot investigation,the effect was good.By investigating the current situation of Changsha’s“smart trade union”construction,on-the-spot inspection,analysis and judgment,changing new thinking,serving trade union organizations,and building a“smart trade union”brand;using new platforms to serve trade union members and promote information-benefi ting projects;there were problems and improvements in new strategies to serve Front-line workers,the implementation of the“Online Talent Program”and other aspects.
