摘　　要：目的:探讨反流性食管炎检出时间与节气的关系,以期为临床防治提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2015年2月4日-2020年2月3日就诊于北京市昌平区中西结合医院,诊断为反流性食管炎的942例病例的性别、年龄、检出时间。结果:北京昌平地区反流性食管炎在二十四节气均有检出,检出节气存在集中性,雨水为检出的高峰,相对高峰期为霜降至小暑。结论:北京昌平地区反流性食管炎检出时间具有一定的节气分布特征。Objective:To explore the relationship between the detection time of reflux esophagitis and solar terms,so as to provide more basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods:A total of 942 cases from February 4,2015 to February 3,2020 were analyzed retrospectively from the aspects of gender,age,and detection time of the patients.Results:Reflux esophagitis was detected in 24 solar terms all in Beijing Changping area.It was detected that there was a concentration of solar terms.Yushui(雨水)solar term was the peak detected,and the relative peak period was from Shuangjiang(霜降)solar term to Xiaoshu(小暑)solar term.Conclusion:The detection time of reflux esophagitis in Beijing Changping area has a certain degree of solar terms distribution.
