血必净注射液对高血压性脑出血患者的C反应蛋白、脑出血量的影响及临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析血必净注射液对高血压性脑出血患者的C反应蛋白和脑出血量的影响及临床观察。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年3月重庆市北碚区中医院的56例高血压性脑出血患者,运用随机数字表法分为治疗阻和对照组。治疗组予以血必净注射液联合西医常规治疗,对照组予以西医常规治疗,在治疗前、治疗第7天、治疗第14天测定相关指标。结果:治疗前,两组中医证候总积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞水平、脑出血量、绝对脑水肿体积的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗第7天、治疗第14天,在改善患者中医证候总积分、NIHSS评分、C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞水平、脑出血量、绝对脑水肿体积方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:血必净注射液可有效降低患者的C反应蛋白和中性粒细胞水平,促进脑出血的吸收,减轻脑组织水肿,改善神经功能缺损,改善患者的生活质量。Objective:To analyze and observe the effects of the Xuebijing injection(血必净注射液)on CRP and cerebral hemorrhage in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 56 cases from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by the random number table method.The treatment group was given the Xuebijing injection plus conventional Western medicine.The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in total score of TCM syndromes,NIHSS score,CRP,neutrophil level,cerebral hemorrhage,and absolute cerebral edema volume between the two groups(P>0.05).On days 7 and 14 of the treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of ameliorating the total score of TCM syndromes,NIHSS score,CRP,neutrophil level,cerebral hemorrhage volume,and absolute brain edema volume(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xuebijing injection can effectively reduce the level of CRP and neutrophils,promote the absorption of cerebral hemorrhage,reduce brain tissue edema,ameliorate neurological deficits,and improve the quality of life of patient.
