摘 要:目的:探讨人脑胶质瘤中硒蛋白P的表达水平与肿瘤级别之间的相关性及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测51例胶质瘤组织和9例正常脑组织中硒蛋白P的表达情况,分析硒蛋白P的表达差异性与病理级别之间的关系。结果:免疫组织化学染色显示硒蛋白P在正常脑组织和胶质瘤组织中均有表达,着色部位主要位于细胞质内。进一步分析发现硒蛋白P在正常脑组织和恶性程度相对较低的WHOⅠ级胶质瘤组织中表达均呈强阳性,组间比较无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。而硒蛋白P在恶性程度较高的WHOⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤中表达程度下降呈弱阳性,组间比较无统计学差异(均P>0.05),其表达强度与正常脑组织和WHOⅠ级胶质瘤比较有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。硒蛋白P的表达水平与年龄、性别及胶质瘤病理级别无相关性。结论:本研究发现硒蛋白P在恶性程度较高的WHOⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中硒蛋白P表达程度下降,我们推测硒蛋白P在胶质瘤中可能发挥抗肿瘤作用。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression of selenoprotein P and tumor grade in human glioma and its clinical significance.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of selenoprotein P in 51 glioma tissues and 9 normal brain tissues.T The relationship between the expression difference of selenoprotein P and pathological grade was analyzed.Results:The result of immunohistochemical staining showed that selenoprotein P was expressed in both normal brain tissues and glioma tissues,and the staining sites of selenoprotein P were mainly located in the cytoplasm.Further analysis revealed that the expression of selenoprotein P in normal brain tissues and the relatively low malignant WHO grade Ⅰ glioma tissues was strongly positive,and there was no statistical difference between the groups(all P>0.05).However,the expression of selenoprotein P in the highly malignant WHO grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ gliomas decreased and were weakly positive,and there was no statistical difference between groups(all P>0.05),and the expression intensity of selenoprotein P was significantly different from that in normal brain tissues and WHO grade Ⅰ gliomas(all P<0.05).The expression level of selenoprotein P was not significantly correlated with age,sex or grade of glioma.Conclusion:The expression of selenoprotein P was decreased in WHO grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ gliomas.We speculated that selenoprotein P may play an inhibitory role during the development of glioma.
