摘　　要：上颌快速扩弓是正畸治疗中的常规操作之一,矫治力施加于牙齿及周围组织后,传递至牙槽骨,导致支抗牙牙槽骨的改建。研究表明,使用不同种类的上颌快速扩弓器,牙槽骨的变化也不尽相同。本文将对不同类型的上颌快速扩弓器对支抗牙牙槽骨的作用作一综述,为正畸临床工作提供参考。Rapid maxilary expansion is one of the conventional operations in orthodontic treatment.After the orthodontic force applied to the teeth and surrounding tissues,it is transferred to the alveolar bone,resulting in the remodeling of the alveolar bone of anchorage teeth.The results show that the alveolar bone changes are different when different kinds of maxilary rapid expansion devices are used.This article will review the effect of different types of rapid maxillary expansion device on alveolar bone,and provide clinical recommendations for orthodontists.
