摘　　要：中小企业规模小、费用支出承受能力低。用EXCEL电子表格创建财务系统,在表格文档中操作会计分录、打印会计凭证、生成科目发生及余额表、财务报表、会计账簿。建立在电子表格基础上的财务系统,不仅可节省购买、维护专业财务系统的开支,也便于财务人员接受,满足会计、税务法规的要求,灵活、便捷地完成企业的管理任务。Small and medium-sized enterprises usually have small scale and low affordability. In EXCEL spreadsheet, a new financial system can be established in which accounting entries can be made, vouchers can be printed, trial balance and financial statements & ledgers can be generated. The financial system based on the spreadsheet not only saves the expenses of purchasing and maintaining of the ready-made financial system, but also facilitates the acceptance of the financial personnel, meets the requirements of the accounting and tax regulations, ending in completion of the management tasks of the enterprise in a flexible and agile way.
