摘 要:马铃薯是农业生产中重要的粮食作物,具有很高的经济价值,很少有作物能够代替马铃薯在中国农业产业中的地位。马铃薯晚疫病的发生,严重影响着国内农业生产以及农业经济。由于马铃薯的不同品种对田间晚疫病的抗病能力不同,所以在防治晚疫病的工作中,选择抗病性强的品种相较于农业防治和化学防治来说效果更好。为了解国内外马铃薯不同种质晚疫病抗性基因的组成,本研究利用分子标记技术,对118份国内外的马铃薯品种(系)晚疫病抗性基因(R1,R2,R3a,R3b,R2-Family)的连锁标记进行检测。研究结果表明,不含任何标记的材料有8份,占总供试材料的6.8%;含1个标记的材料有16份,占总供试材料的13.5%;含2个标记的材料有36份,占总供试材料的30.6%;含3个标记的材料有42份,占总供试材料的35.6%;含4个标记的材料有16份,占总供试材料的13.5%。该检测结果为各品种进行晚疫病抗性相关分析提供了理论依据,也为发掘新的抗病基因、选育新的抗病品种提供指导。Potato is an important food crop in agricultural production with high economic value.Few crops can replace potato in China’s agricultural industry.The occurrence of potato late blight seriously affects domestic agricultural production and agricultural economy.Because different varieties of potato have different resistance to late blight in the field,it is better to select varieties with strong resistance to late blight in the prevention and control of late blight than agricultural and chemical control.In order to understand the composition of late blight resistance genes in different potato germplasms at home and abroad,118 potato varieties(lines)(R1,R2,R3a,R3b,R2-Family)were identified by molecular markers in this study.The results showed that there were 8 materials without any markers,accounting for 6.8%of the total tested materials.There were 16 materials with one mark,accounting for 13.5%of the total tested materials.There were 36 materials with two markers,accounting for 30.6%of the total tested materials.There were 42 materials with 3 markers,accounting for 35.6%of the total tested materials.There were 16 materials with 4 marks,accounting for 13.5%of the total tested materials.The results provided a theoretical basis for the correlation analysis of late blight resistance in various varieties,and also provided guidance for the discovery of new resistance genes and breeding of new resistance varieties.
