摘　　要：脑卒中是一种严重影响患者生活质量的疾病,其主要特点为发病率逐年增高,死亡风险大,疾病预后不良。对于急性大脑动脉闭塞性缺血性脑卒中患者,单纯给予静脉溶栓治疗的闭塞血管再通率低,远期预后差。随着脑血管病介入治疗技术的发展,动脉溶栓、支架置入术、机械取栓等血管内介入治疗手段在急性缺血性脑卒中的超早期应用越来越多。该文就机械取栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者脑动脉闭塞的进展进行综述。Stroke is a disease that seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Its main characteristics are that the incidence rate is increasing year by year, the risk of death is high, and the prognosis of the disease is poor. For patients with acute cerebral artery occlusive ischemic stroke, intravenous thrombolysis alone has a low recanalization rate and poor long-term prognosis. With the development of interventional treatment technology for cerebrovascular disease,intravascular interventional treatment methods such as arterial thrombolysis, stent placement, and mechanical thrombectomy are more and more applied in the ultra-early stage of acute ischemic stroke. This article reviews the progress of mechanical thrombectomy in the treatment of cerebral artery occlusion in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
