摘  要:电解锰渣是一种工业废弃物,其地表堆存对环境的危害性大。为了高效处置电解锰渣,开展了电解锰渣井下充填试验研究。结果表明:掺加入10%生石灰,然后200℃烘干1 h的电解锰渣的氨氮去除率可达99.99%;采用经干法除氨的锰渣与水泥制备成EMR-CaO-PO充填料浆,料浆质量浓度小于62%时,流动性能好;质量浓度为60%、62%,灰渣比为1∶4时,充填体56 d强度分别为2.95 MPa、3.35 MPa,可适用于井下充填;固结后的充填体毒性浸出结果满足地下水Ⅰ类排放水质标准;实际生产中可结合回转窑、吸收塔、复合破碎机等综合处理电解锰渣,使其可用作井下充填的骨料。Electrolytic manganese residue is an industrial waste,and its surface storage is harmful to the environment.In order to efficiently dispose of electrolytic manganese residue,a test research on underground filling with electrolytic manganese residue was carried out.The results show that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen from electrolytic manganese residue by adding 10%quicklime and drying at 200℃for 1 h can reach 99.99%.For the EMR-CaO-PO filling slurry prepared with cement and manganese slag after ammonia removal,when the mass concentration of the slurry is less than 62%,the consolidation properties is good.When the mass concentration is 60%and 62%,and the ash-slag ratio is 1∶4,the 56 d strength of the backfill is 2.95 MPa and 3.35 MPa,which can be used for underground filling.The results of toxic leaching of the consolidated backfill conform to the Class I water quality standard for discharge of groundwater.In actual production,electrolytic manganese residue can be used as underground filling aggregate,after the comprehensive treatment in rotary kiln,absorption tower,compound crusher,and so on.
