摘  要:研究了掺混聚氧甲基二甲醚(PODE)对CFR发动机柴油着火特性的影响.将PODE以0~30%的体积分数掺入柴油.在CFR发动机的均质压燃(HCCI)燃烧模式下,获得了当量比为0.5的柴油/PODE混合燃料的临界压缩比和放热率.实验结果表明,PODE掺混比越高,混合燃料临界压缩比越低.所有实验燃料均呈现高、低温两段式放热,混合燃料中PODE含量越高,高、低温两阶段放热相位提前,低温放热的比例越高.数值计算结果显示,PODE的分解反应可产生大量的CH_(2)O基团,促进混合燃料低温反应的进行.此外,由于PODE的高含氧量,掺混PODE可促进与O*和O_(2)相关的反应,进一步提高了混合燃料的反应活性.A cooperative fuel research(CFR)octane rating engine was adopted to investigate the effect of the addition of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether(PODE)on the ignition characteristics of diesel fuels.PODE was blended in diesel fuel with a volume fraction from 0 to 30%.The critical compression ratio(CCR)and the heat release rate of binary blends were measured on the CFR engine at an equivalence ratio of 0.5 under homogeneous charge compression ignition(HCCI)combustion mode.The CCR becomes lower with higher PODE content in the blend.All blends exhibited two-stage ignition.The blends with a higher PODE fraction give a higher percentage of LTHR.Numerical simulation reveals that decomposition of PODE produces more CH_(2)O,which accelerates the low-temperature reaction.The reactions related to O^(*) and O_(2) are enhanced by oxygen available in PODE,which,along with the molecular structure of PODE,results in higher reactivity for the PODE/diesel binary blends.
