摘 要:目的:采用气相色谱-电子捕捉器建立快速测定茶叶中HCH、DDT农药残留的方法。方法:正己烷超声提取样品,经磺化反应后,气相色谱法分离检测,外标法定量。结果:该方法线性范围为0.005~0.500μg·mL^(-1),检出限为0.003 mg·kg^(-1),R^(2)为0.9990~0.9999,相对标准偏差为1.03%~1.62%,待测物的回收率为85.6%~103.1%。结论:该方法稳定性好,操作方便,且准确度及灵敏度较高,适用于茶叶中HCH、DDT含量的测定。Objective:To establish a rapid method for the determination of HCH and DDT pesticide residues in tea by gas chromatography-electron trap.Method:The samples were extracted with n-hexane ultrasonography,then separated and detected by gas chromatography after sulfonation reaction,and quantified by external standard method.Result:The linear range of the method was 0.005~0.500μg·mL^(-1),the limit of detection was 0.003 mg·kg^(-1),R^(2)was 0.9990~0.9999,the relative standard deviation was 1.03%~1.62%,and the recoveries were 85.6%~103.1%.Conclusion:The method has good stability,convenient operation,high accuracy and sensitivity,and is suitable for the determination of HCH and DDT in tea.
