保健品中非法添加药物的相关分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对市售糖尿病人常用的保健品的筛查分析,检测保健品中非法添加降糖药的情况。方法:采用Agela C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×2.1 mm,5μm)进行分离,以乙酸铵水溶液和乙腈溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,标准曲线外标法定量。结果:二甲双胍、格列喹酮、格列吡嗪和格列齐特在1~200μg·mL-1线性关系良好,回收率为80.9%~105.0%,相对偏差均小于4.5%(n=6)。4种药品的检出限为0.5~1.0 g·kg^(-1),定量限为1.0~4.0 g·kg^(-1)。结论:本研究建立的方法前处理简单,结果准确,适合快速筛查保健品中非法添加降糖药的测定,为保健品和食疗的发展提供了参考。Objective:To detect the illegal addition of commonly used health care products and medicated diet therapy,through the analysis of the situation of illegal additives in medical diet for diabetes patients.Method:The analytes were separated on an Agela C_(18)(250 mm×2.1 mm,5μm)column,the mobile phase was ammonium acetate-acetonitrile.Four drugs were quantified by matrix standard curve.Result:Metformin,glipizide,glipizide,and gliclazide had a good linear relationship between 1μg·mL-1 and 200μg·mL-1,the recoveries were 80.9%~105.0%,and the relative deviations were all less than 4.5%(n=6).The detection limit of 4 drugs is 0.5~1.0 g·kg^(-1),and the quantification limit is 1.0~4.0 g·kg^(-1).Conclusion:The established method is simple,accurate and selective,and is suitable for the determination of 4 drugs in infant food and dietary supplements.
