摘  要:本文建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定未知成分毒物样品中呋喃丹、溴敌隆和溴鼠灵的方法。试样用甲醇提取,以0.1%(V/V)甲酸水溶液和甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,经Phenomenex C_(18)柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.6μm)分离,正负离子多反应监测模式同时检测,外标法进行定量分析。结果表明,3种目标化合物在5~200 ng·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.998,方法检出限为0.10 mg·kg^(-1),回收率为91.5%~101.2%,RSD均小于5%。本方法简单高效,灵敏度高,适合未知毒物的快速筛查及定量分析。A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for the simultaneous determination of carbofuran,bromodiolone and bromopromazine in unknown toxic samples.The samples were extracted with methanol and separated by Phenomenex C_(18) column(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.6μm)using gradient elution of 0.1%(V/V)formic acid aqueous solution and methanol as mobile phase.The samples were detected by multiple reaction monitoring mode with positive and negative ions and analyzed quantitatively by external standard method.The results showed that the linearity of the three target compounds was good in the range of 5~200 ng·mL^(-1),the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.998,the detection limits was 0.10 mg·kg^(-1),the recoveries were 91.5%~101.2%,and the RSD were all less than 5%.This method is simple,efficient,sensitive and suitable for rapid screening and quantitative analysis of unknown poisons.
