摘　　要：目的了解护士对主动告知医疗安全不良事件的态度,为制定良好的主动告知医疗安全不良事件规范提供依据.方法采用质性研究方法对13名护士进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi分析法对数据进行分析、总结和提炼.结果护士主动告知医疗安全不良事件态度可归纳为4个主题:主动告知过程中的复杂性及恐惧、焦虑和愧疚、感动等心理体验;支持主动告知,但也存在顾虑和障碍;主动告知过程中存在阻碍有担心引起医疗纠纷、承担法律责任、担心丧失患者的信任、担心受到批评、担心给科室或医院带来负面影响;对主动告知的需求有上级的支持、选择安静的场所进行告知.结论大多数护士支持主动告知医疗安全不良事件,但有一些顾虑,护士主动告知患者及家属医疗安全不良事件面临着许多困难和挑战,对此医疗机构管理层应引起重视并关注.Objective To understand the attitude of nurses to proactively informing adverse events in medical safety, and to provide a basis for formulating a good standard for proactively informing adverse events in medical safety. Methods Qualitative research methods were used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 13 nurses, and Colaizzi analysis was used to analyze, summarize and refine the data. Results The attitudes of nurses in taking the initiative to inform medical safety adverse events can be classified into four themes: the complexity and psychological experience of fear, anxiety, guilt, and emotion in the process of active notification;support for active informing, but there are also concerns and obstacles;there are obstacles such as worrying about causing medical disputes, taking legal responsibility, worrying about losing the trust of patients, worrying about being criticized, and worrying about negatively affecting the department or hospital;there is support from superiors for the need for active informing, and choosing a quiet place to inform. Conclusion Most nurses support the active informing of adverse medical safety events, but there are some concerns. Nurses actively informing patients and their families of adverse medical safety events are faced with many difficulties and challenges, and the management of medical institutions should pay attention to this.
