摘 要:运用我国上市公司数据研究政府创新支持政策对企业创新的影响,发现政府补贴和奖励对企业专利数量有显著影响,并且这一影响为非线性的。具体来说,当政府补贴和奖励数额非常小时,其对企业专利数量的影响为负;而只有当政府补贴和奖励超过一定金额时,补贴与奖励才能对企业创新起到正向的激励作用。从异质性分析发现,对高科技行业,只有政府补贴对企业专利数量有显著影响,政府奖励对企业专利数量的影响不显著;而对传统行业,政府补贴和奖励对企业专利数量都有显著影响。机制分析表明,创新支持政策通过增加企业的研发投入来增加企业的创新成果。并且,相比传统行业,高科技行业中政府的补贴和奖励对企业研发投入的影响更大。This paper investigates the effects of InnovationSupport-Policy on firms’ product innovation,using data from listed firms in China.This paper finds that government subsidies and rewards have significant effects on firms’ innovation,and the effects are nonlinear.That is to say,small amounts of subsidies and rewards have negative effects on firms’ innovation,whereas large amounts of subsidies and rewards have positive effects on firms’ innovation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that,for high-tech industries,government subsidies have significant effects on firms’ number of patents,whereas government rewards have insignificant effects on firms’ number of patents;for traditional industries,both government subsidies and rewards have significant effects on firms’ number of patents.Mechanism analysis shows that,government subsidies and rewards may increase firms’ number of patents by improving firms’ research-and-development investment.
