非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者Pyk2蛋白阳性表达情况与其预后的关系探讨

摘　　要：目的分析富含脯氨酸蛋白酪氨酸激酶2(Pyk2)蛋白在非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者中阳性表达情况及对预后评估能力。方法将我院于2017年9月至2019年6月收治的78例膀胱癌患者列为研究对象,以回顾性研究方式分析其临床资料,统计Pyk2阳性占比,分析Pyk2与临床常规资料之间的相关性,随访2年后分析Pyk2与预后转归间的相关性。结果75.64%患者检出Pyk2蛋白阳性,Pyk2高表达与肿瘤分期、分化程度有密切关联(P<0.05);Pyk2阳性组患者肿瘤复发率高于阴性组,且总生存期(OS)、无进展生存期(PFS)等预后指标均低于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者Pyk2蛋白呈阳性,该蛋白表达情况与肿瘤恶变程度、分化程度等存在关联,且对预后有一定指导意义,有较大的临床应用意义。Objective To analyze the positive expression of Proline rich protein tyrosine kinase 2(Pyk2)in patients with non-muscular invasive bladder ca ncer and its ability to assess prognosis.Methods 78 patients with bladder cancer admitted to the hospital between September 2017 and June 2019 were included as the research subjects.The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively,and the proportion of positive Pyk2 was statistically analyzed,and the correlation between Pyk2 and clinical routine data was analyzed.The correlation between Pyk2 and prognosis outcomes was analyzed after 2 years of follow-up.Results 75.64%of patients were positive for Pyk2 protein.The high expression of Pyk2 was closely related to tumor staging and differentiation(P<0.05).The tumor recurrence rate of the Pyk2 positive group was higher than that of the negative group,while the total su rvival(OS),progression free survival(PFS)and other prognostic indicators were lower than those of the negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pyk2 protein is positive in patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer,and the expression of this protein is related to the tumor malignancy and differentiation,and has certain guiding significance for the prognosis and has great clinical application significance.
