摘　　要：茯苓(poria cocos)是一种历史悠久的民间传统植物药,其化学成分主要包括三萜、多糖、二萜和甾醇等,具有利尿、保肝、免疫、抗肿瘤、镇静催眠和抗肾纤维化等药理作用。近年来,随着现代研究手段的更新,茯苓中的化学成分不断被挖掘,药理作用范围不断扩大,国内外研究者也对其产生了广泛关注。为对茯苓的进一步开发和研究提供参考,本研究通过查阅相关文献,对茯苓的化学成分及药理作用研究进展进行综述。Fuling(Poria cocos)is a traditional folk herbal medicine with a long history.It mainly contains triterpenoids,polysaccharides,diterpenoids,sterols and others,which have the pharmacological effects of diuresis,liver protection,immunity,anti-tumor,sedation,hypnosis and anti-renal fibrosis.With the update of modern research methods,the chemical constituents of Poria cocos have been explored continuously in recent years,and the scope of pharmacological action has been expanded,which has aroused the keen attention of the researchers at home and abroad.In order to provide reference for the further utilization and modernization of Poria cocos,this paper reviewed its chemical constituents and pharmacological action.
