摘  要:围绕防护靴穿用功能要求,论证确定轻便性、透湿性、稳定性、弯折性和防滑性等生物运动性能指标作为防护靴工效评价项目。按照标准测试方法测试了3款防护靴的质量、透湿率、弯折力、扭转力矩和动态防滑系数,对相关性能指标进行分析讨论。从结果可以看出,受防护靴性能要求制约,3款防护靴轻便性、弯折性和透湿性一般,但稳定性、防滑性能优良,能够满足训练时的穿着需要,可以较好地保护足部。本研究可为防护靴研发设计、性能评价、批量生产等提供技术参考,对于提升防护靴人机工效和功能防护性能具有积极意义。Based on the functional requirements of protective boots,it is demonstrated that the portability,moisture permeability,stability,bending and anti-skid performance indexes of biological movement are determined as the evaluation items of protective boots.According to the standard testing method,the quality,moisture permeability,bending force,torsional moment and dynamic anti-skid coefficient of three typical protective boots were tested,and the relevant performance indexes were analyzed and discussed.It can be seen from the results that restricted by the performance requirements of protective boots,the three protective boots have general portability,bending and moisture permeability,but they have excellent stability and anti-skid performance,which can meet the wear needs during training and better protect the foot.This study can provide technical reference for the development and design,performance evaluation and mass production of protective boots,and has positive significance for improving the ergonomics and functional protective performance of protective boots.
