摘　　要：开展偏高水分玉米安全储藏项目的研究对于其安全储藏和减少损耗具有重要的现实意义。通过研究成果的应用和推广,能够确保粮食仓储企业实现偏高水分玉米的安全储藏,不仅可以节约干燥费用、降低水分减量损耗、保持玉米品质,而且在保障国家粮食安全、实现节粮减损、增强市场竞争力、确保粮食流通顺畅等方面,也具有巨大而深远的影响。基于此,本文对偏高水分玉米安全储藏技术及品质特性进行论述,以供参考。It is of great practical significance to carry out the research on safe storage project of high moisture corn for safe storage of high moisture corn and reducing loss. The application and popularization of the research results can ensure the safe storage of corn with high moisture content in grain storage enterprises, which can not only save drying costs, reduce water loss, maintain corn quality, but also have great and far-reaching significance in ensuring national food security,realizing grain saving and impairment, enhancing market competitiveness and ensuring smooth grain circulation. Based on this, this paper discusses the safe storage technology and quality characteristics of high moisture corn for reference.
