摘　　要：构建新型供应链体系是农垦系统面临的重要课题,从战略角度探讨推进新型供应链体系建设思路,能够助推农垦系统在现代供应链领域培育新增长点、维护产业链供应链安全稳定。本文在总结分析新型供应链体系建设面临的困难与问题的基础上,提出农垦新型供应链体系建设路径、目标与措施,即推进生产、物流、加工高质量融合发展,完善产前、产中、产后一体化服务;建设共享服务平台,推进供应链专业分工与协作;融合供应链与新一代信息技术,提升供应链智能化、可视化水平;发展绿色供应链,实现全链条质量可追溯;积极融入全球供应链,提升供应链风险管理水平。The construction of a new supply chain system is an important issue facing the reclamation system, from a strategic perspective to explore the idea of promoting the construction of a new supply chain system can help the reclamation system in the field of modern supply chain to cultivate new growth points and maintain the security and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the difficulties and problems in the construction of the new supply chain system, the paper puts forward the construction path, objectives and measures of the new supply chain system of agricultural reclamation: promoting the development of high-quality integration of production, logistics and processing, improving the integration of pre-production, production and post-production services;building a shared service platform and promoting professional division of labor and collaboration in the supply chain;integrating supply chain with new generation information technology to enhance supply chain intelligence and visualization;developing green supply chain to achieve chain-wide quality traceability;integrating into global supply chain actively to enhance supply chain risk management.
