酶联免疫吸附法测定药食同源中药饮片中黄曲霉毒素的研究

摘　　要：建立一种酶联免疫吸附法用于测定药食同源中药饮片中的黄曲霉毒素含量的方法。采用中药饮片作为检测样品,通过方法学验证酶联免疫吸附法检测样品中黄曲霉毒素的适用性。酶联免疫吸附法具有较高的灵敏度,能快速检测出样品中是否含有黄曲霉毒素。目前,由于其检测方法的特殊性,在应用上更适用于大量以及大批次样品黄曲霉毒素的初步筛查检测。An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was developed to determine the content of aflatoxin in Chinese herbal medicines. Traditional Chinese medicine pieces were used as test samples to verify the applicability of ELISA for detecting aflatoxin in samples. ELISA has high sensitivity and can quickly detect whether the sample contains aflatoxin. At present, due to the particularity of its detection method, it is more suitable for the preliminary screening and detection of aflatoxin in a large number of samples and large batches.
