摘 要:采取随机抽样法,对无锡M高校在校大学生发放焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估统计后,选取有轻度焦虑症状、心率和血压处在正常水平范围、无精神类疾病、具有插花和微景观创作的基本技能并自愿参加本次实验的96名大学生参与插花和微景观创作两项园艺活动,从定量的角度研究园艺疗法对大学生心理健康的影响。测量受试大学生参与以上两项园艺活动前后的心率和血压(收缩压和舒张压),利用正负情绪量表(PANAS)和SAS测评受试大学生情绪和焦虑状态变化情况。结果显示,插花和微景观创作两项园艺活动对大学生的心率和血压无明显影响;两项活动能显著提升大学生的正向情绪,并缓解负性情绪,特别在“自豪的”“备受鼓舞的”和“劲头足的”等自信心提升以及“心烦的”“心神不宁的”和“紧张的”等负性情绪缓解等方面表现明显;两项园艺活动亦能整体上缓解大学生的焦虑心理,91.67%的受试者从轻度焦虑状态转变为正常水平。可见,园艺疗法对大学生心理健康具有积极的干预作用,研究结果为园艺疗法对大学生心理健康的应用提供了基础数据支撑和参考借鉴。Random sampling method and self-rating anxiety scale were used to assess Wuxi M college students statistically. After assessment and statistical analysis, 96 college students with mild anxiety symptoms, normal heart rate and blood pressure and no mental illness were chosen to participate in two gardening activities: flower arrangement and landscape creation. Furthermore, the chosen students have basic skills of flower arrangement and landscape creation, and they volunteered to participate in the experiment. Then from the perspective of quantitative research, the effects of horticultural therapy on the mental health of college students were studied, heart rate and blood pressure(systolic and diastolic) were measured before and after participating in the above two gardening activities, and changes in mood and anxiety states were measured using PANAS and SAS. The results showed: flower arrangement and micro-landscape creation had no significant effect on heart rate and blood pressure(systolic pressure and diastolic pressure) of college students;however, two activities can significantly improve the positive emotions of college students, and alleviate the negative emotions;in details, especially the self-confidence emotion such as “proud”, “encouraged” and “energetic” emotions were enhanced, and the negative emotion such as “upset”, “haunted” and “nervous” emotions were released and relieved obviously;the two gardening activities can also alleviate the anxiety of college students as a whole. It can be seen that horticultural therapy has a positive intervention effect on the mental health of college students, and that among them, 91.67% of the participated students have changed from mild anxiety state to the normal level. The research results provide basic data support and reference for the application of horticultural therapy on the mental health of college students.
