摘 要:“一带一路”背景下,讲好中国幼儿故事,要从娃娃抓起,在对外文化交流中,最为重要的是人的交流。幼儿教育是教育的根源所在。兴办幼教,师资为先。新时代,能够讲好中国幼儿故事的师资应当具备怎样的素质,这是一个值得深入探讨的问题。基于此,从思想、知识、能力、心理四个方面构建幼教双语师资胜任素质体系,突出文化自信、理论自信,重在传统幼教文化的输出以及交流,以期抛砖引玉,为后续研究打下基础。Under the background of “the Belt and Road”,it is important to start with children to tell Chinese stories well.The most important aspect of cultural communication with foreign countries is the communication of people.The root of education is preschool education,and teachers are the first priority of the establishment in preschool education.In the new era,it is worth exploring what kind of quality should teachers who can tell Chinese children’s stories well have.This paper constructs the competency system of bilingual teachers in preschool education from four aspects of thought,knowledge,ability and psychology,highlights the cultural self-confidence and theoretical self-confidence,and focuses on the output and exchange of traditional preschool culture in order to lay the foundation for follow-up study.
