“农转居”社区居民文化参与研究——以郑州市M社区为例

摘　　要：“农转居”社区居民文化参与是融入城市社区,增强社区归属感,提升社区文化活力,形成社区凝聚力的重要载体。基于对郑州市M社区居民文化参与的实地调查,发现社区居民文化参与存在主体较单一、参与主动程度低、参与接受理解弱、参与沟通互动差、参与专业指导少、参与自信心低等问题。为此,提出动员青年群体参与,推动参与主体多元;依托网格管理优势,促进居民主动参与;农耕城市文化融合,增强居民文化认同感;形成互动反馈机制,提高居民参与意愿;链接专业文艺人才,引领居民文化参与;整合社区内部资源,实现社区共治共享等对策建议。The cultural participation of residents in the “agricultural conversion” community is an important carrier to integrate into urban communities,enhance the sense of community belonging,enhance the vitality of community culture,and form community cohesion.Based on the on-the-spot investigation of residents’ cultural participation in the M community in Zhengzhou,it is found that there are some problems in the cultural participation of community residents,such as a single subject,a low degree of participation initiative,a weak understanding of participation and acceptance,poor participation in communication and interaction,less professional guidance and low self-confidence in participation.To this end,it is proposed to mobilize the participation of young people to promote the diversification of participants;rely on the advantages of grid management to promote the active participation of residents;integrate the culture of agricultural cities to enhance the cultural identity of residents;form an interactive feedback mechanism to improve residents’ willingness to participate;link professional literary and artistic talents to lead residents’ cultural participation;integrate internal resources in the community to achieve community co-governance and sharing.
