GF-AAS法测定黄精中铬含量的方法研究

摘  要:本文采用微波消解法对黄精样品进行前处理,利用石墨炉-原子吸收法(Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry,GF-AAS)测定黄精中铬的含量。结果表明,当铬含量在0~10.0μg·L^(-1)线性关系较好,线性方程相关系数为0.9990,检出限为0.009 mg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.028 mg·kg^(-1),精密度、重复性试验(n=6)的RSD值≤2.50%,加标回收率(n=6)为96.2%~102.4%(RSD=2.49%)。该方法检出限低、易操作、结果准确,可用于黄精中重金属铬含量的测定。In this paper,the sample of Polygonati rhizoma was pretreated by microwave digestion,and the content of chromium in Polygonati rhizoma was determined by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(GF-AAS).The results show that when the content of chromium in 0~10.0μg·L^(-1) scope,the linear relationship is good,the correlation coefficient of the linear equation is 0.9990,the detection limit is 0.009 mg·kg^(-1),and the quantitative limit is 0.028 mg·kg^(-1),the RSD value of the precision and repeatability test(n=6)is≤2.50%,and the standard addition recovery rate(n=6)is 96.2%~102.4%.The method has the advantages of low detection limit,simple operation and accurate results.It can be used for the determination of chromium in Polygonati rhizoma.
