摘  要:目的:探讨体育锻炼联合心理辅导对大学生负性情绪及人际交往效能的影响。方法:招募86名在校大学生作为实验对象,使用随机数表法分为2组(每组43人),实验组进行体育锻炼和团体心理辅导,对照组作为空白对照。对比两组干预前后的负性情绪量表评分、人际关系综合诊断量表评分及人际交往效能感量表评分变化。结果:两组干预前负性情绪各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与干预前相比,实验组干预后的抑郁、焦虑、压力评分均显著降低(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。实验组干预后的交谈困扰、待人接物困扰、交际与交友困扰、异性交往困扰得分及人际关系综合诊断总分,均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05),对照组干预前后的人际关系综合诊断各维度得分及总分无明显变化(P>0.05)。两组干预前的人际关系评价比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组干预后的人际关系较干预前明显改善(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。实验组干预后的人际交往效能感各维度(言语表达效能、社交调适效能、观察与倾听效能、主动交往效能、情绪控制效能、问题解决效能)评分及总分均较干预前显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:体育锻炼联合团体心理辅导能够有效缓解大学生的焦虑、抑郁、压力等负性情绪,提升人际交往效能感,减少社交困惑,改善人际关系。This paper aims to explore the effect of physical exercise combined with psychological counseling on college students’negative emotion and interpersonal communication efficiency.86 College students were recruited as experimental subjects and randomly divided into two groups(43 in each group).The experimental group received physical exercise and group psychological counseling,and the control group was used as blank control.The scores of negative emotion scale,comprehensive interpersonal diagnosis scale and interpersonal efficacy scale were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results show that there was no significant difference in the scores of each dimension of negative emotion between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Compared with before intervention,the scores of depression,anxiety and stress in the experimental group decreased significantly after intervention(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of conversation distress,interpersonal distress,communication and dating distress,heterosexual communication distress and the total score of comprehensive diagnosis of interpersonal relationship in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension and total score of comprehensive diagnosis of interpersonal relationship in the control group had no significant change before and after intervention(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the evaluation of interpersonal relationship between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The interpersonal relationship in the experimental group was significantly improved after intervention(P<0.05),and there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores and total scores of various dimensions of interpersonal communication efficacy(speech expression efficacy,social adjustment efficacy,observation and listening efficacy,active communication efficacy,emotion c
