摘　　要：多媒体语音室的科学管理、维护和利用是高校外语教学的一个重要环节。结合自身的工作经验,首先介绍了多媒体语音室的特点,从设备、学生、师资和制度4个方面系统地分析了当前多媒体语音室管理和使用过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,最后就如何利用多媒体语音实验室进行外语教学改革与创新作了初步地探讨。The scientific management,maintenance and utilization of multimedia speech labs is an important part of foreign language teaching in colleges and universities.Combined with my own work experience,firstly the characteristics of the multimedia voice room was introduced in this paper,then from the four aspects of equipment,students,teachers and regimes,the current problems in the management and use of the multimedia speech room was systematically analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures was proposed in this paper.Finally,a preliminary discussion was made on how to use the multimedia speech lad to carry out foreign language teaching reform and innovation.
