摘 要:目的:寻找一种可以对强化碘盐中碘含量进行精准快速检测的方法。方法:应用AUTOCHEM 3100全自动碘分析仪,采用过硫酸铵-砷铈催化分光光度法对强化碘盐中碘进行定量检测。结果:通过对消解时间优化,在最佳实验条件下,标准曲线线性较好(标准曲线r=0.9998),精密度均小于10%,方法的检出限0.42 mg/kg,不含碘的盐加标回收率范围在99.0%~105%,标准物质测定结果均在证书给定标准值范围内,结论:该方法检测强化碘盐,准确率高、稳定性好、价格低廉,试剂用量明显减少,节约检测成本,适用于大批量强化碘盐样品的检测。操作方便,减轻实验人员工作量,亚砷酸用量的降低减少了对人员和环境的危害。Objective:To find a method for accurate and rapid detection of iodine content in fortified iodized salt.Methods:Using AUTOCHEM 3100 automatic iodine analyzer,ammonium persulfate-arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry was used to quantitatively detect iodine in fortified iodized salt.Results:By optimizing the nitrification time,under the best experimental conditions,the standard curve was linear(standard curve r=0.9998),the precision was less than 10%,the detection limit of the method was 0.42 mg/kg,and the salt did not contain iodine the recovery rate of standard addition was between 99.0%and 105%,and the determination results of standard substances were all within the standard value range given in the certificate.Conclusion:This method has high accuracy,good stability,low price and obvious reagent dosage for the detection of fortified iodized salt.It can reduce and save the cost of testing,and is suitable for the testing of large batches of enhanced iodized salt samples.The operation is convenient,the workload of the experimenter is reduced,and the reduction of the amount of arsenous acid reduces the harm to personnel and the environment.
