摘　　要：目的探讨分析前因素对惠中MQ-8000全自动糖化血红蛋白分析仪(MQ-8000)HbA1c检测结果的稳定性影响。方法收集高、低2个水平的全血样本,评价MQ-8000的携带污染率。收集空腹、餐后2h、随机采血样本和使用不同抗凝剂采血样本,分别用HA-8180和MQ-8000系统对收集样品进行双份重复测定比对。评价不同采血时机和抗凝方式对检测结果的影响。分别将样本在2~8℃条件下保存0、1、2、4、8、24、48h,评估保存时间对检测结果的影响。分别将样本置于2~8℃、15~28℃、37℃条件2h,探讨不同保存温度对检测结果的影响。结果MQ-8000检测高值样本后对低值样本的结果无明显携带污染。空腹、餐后两小时、随机采血均对检测结果的影响均在可允许的范围内。采用EDTA-K_(2)、柠檬酸钠、肝素锂抗凝均对检测结果的影响均在允许范围内。EDTA-K_(2)抗凝全血在2~8℃贮存48h,37℃贮存2h以内对检测结果的影响在允许范围内。结论MQ-8000具有较低的携带污染率,采血时机、抗凝方式及保存温度对检测结果没有明显影响,能够满足临床检测诊断的需求。Objective To explore the influence of pre-analysis factors on the stability of HbA1c results of Huizhong MQ-8000 automatic glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer(MQ-8000).Methods Whole blood samples with high and low concentrations were collected to evaluate the carrying contamination rate of MQ-8000.We collected fasting,2h after meal,random blood samples and blood samples with different anticoagulants,and used HA-8180 and MQ-8000 systems to conduct double repeated determination and comparison of the collected samples,so to evaluate the influence of different blood collection timing and anticoagulation methods on the test results.Samples were stored at 2-8℃for 0h,1h,2h,4h,8h,24h and 48h respectively,and we evaluated the influence of storage time on the test results.Samples were placed at 2-8℃,15-28℃and 37℃for 2h respectively,and the effects of different storage temperatures on the results were evaluated.Results MQ-8000 could detect high value samples,but the results of low value samples did not carry obvious pollution.Fasting,two hours after meal,and random blood sampling all had an allowable impact on the test results.The effects of EDTA-K_(2),sodium citrate and heparin lithium anticoagulation on the test results were within the allowable range.The influence of EDTA-K_(2) anticoagulation whole blood stored at 2-8℃for 48h and 37℃for 2h on the test results was within the allowable range.Conclusion MQ-8000 has a low carrying pollution rate,and the timing of blood collection,anticoagulation method and storage temperature have no significant impact on test results,which can meet the needs of clinical detection and diagnosis.
