区域家庭教育咨询服务模式实践探索--以北京市朝阳区家庭教育咨询服务中心为例

摘　　要：家庭教育对儿童成长的重要性已经取得共识,但目前还有一些家长不重视家庭教育,育子方法不恰当,影响了儿童的健康成长。《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》第四条规定“国家和社会为家庭教育提供指导、支持和服务。”2021年,朝阳区家庭教育咨询服务中心正式成立,向家长提供个性化的家庭教育指导服务。本文以朝阳区家庭教育咨询服务中心的实践为例,分析了家庭教育咨询的本质,对家庭教育咨询的必要性及意义进行了阐述。通过实践初步探索出双向式结构咨询、个体与团体咨询、线上与线下咨询、专业人员和志愿者共同参与的家庭教育咨询模式,以期形成区域家庭教育咨询服务的模板,向全市推广。为家长解决家庭教育问题,提升家长的育子水平,助力儿童健康成长。There has been a consensus on the importance of family education to Children's growth.However,some parents do not pay much attention to it.They fail to take appropriate methods to educate their children,which greatly affects the healthy growth of them.Article 4 of the"Law of the People's Republic of China on Family Education Promotion"stipulates that the state and the society shall provide guidance,support and services for family education.Chaoyang District Family Education Consulting Service Center was established in 2021 and it provides parents with individualized family education guidance.Based on the practical exploration of the center,this paper analyzes the essence of family education consulting and elaborates its necessity and significance.Through practice and exploration,the center has found some models of family education consulting,including two-way structural consulting,individual and group consulting,online and offline consulting,professionals and volunteers jointly involved consulting,etc.The purpose is to form a template and promote it to Bejing.The writers hope that their research will help parents solve the problem of family education,improve their education level and contribute to the healthy growth of their children.
