摘　　要：企业职工教育培训是个系统工程,是企业人力资源管理中的一个重要环节。因此,增强培训的针对性和有效性,对于提升企业员工队伍素质、促进企业高质量发展具有十分重要的意义。怎样提升企业在职工教育培训的效果,成为企业共同关心的问题。因此企业一直在职工教育培训方面进行相关的探索与研究。Enterprise employee education and training is a systematic project and an important link in enterprise human resource management.Therefore,enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of training is of great significance for improving the quality of the enterprise workforce and promoting the high-quality development of the enterprise.How to improve the effect of enterprise in employee education and training has become a common concern of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises have been conducting relevant exploration and research in employee education and training.
