摘 要:研究旨在探讨中草药复合添加剂对高龄蛋鸡生产性能、血清生化指标、免疫因子、抗氧化能力及蛋黄营养成分的影响。试验选取440日龄海兰褐蛋鸡900只,分为对照组和试验组,每组5个重复,每个重复90只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.2%中草药复合添加剂,预试期7 d,正试期56 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组蛋鸡γ-干扰素及白细胞介素2浓度分别提高了34.87%与69.47%(P<0.01);试验组蛋鸡血清甘油三酯含量降低了35.48%、总抗氧化能力提高了1.96%、过氧化氢酶活性提高了28.67%、超氧化物歧化酶活性提高了7.56%(P<0.01);总胆固醇含量降低了8.95%、球蛋白含量提高了27.62%(P<0.05);试验组蛋鸡蛋黄的胆固醇含量降低了38.91%、粗灰分、磷、镁、VE、总氨基酸含量分别提高了18.07%、14.31%、8.81%、10.88%、3.52%(P<0.01);粗蛋白质、硒、VB6含量分别提高了2.38%、5.71%、13.64%,粗脂肪含量下降了7.84%(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加0.2%中草药复合添加剂能够显著提高高龄蛋鸡的免疫力、抗氧化能力和蛋黄微量元素、维生素与氨基酸含量,显著降低高龄蛋鸡血脂水平和蛋黄胆固醇含量,改善鸡蛋营养成分。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine compound additives on production performance,serum biochemical indexes,immune factors,antioxidant capacity and egg yolk nutrients in aged laying hens.Nine hundred 440-day-age Hy-Line Brown layers were divided into control group and experimental group,with 5 replicates in each group and 90 in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental group was added with 0.2% compound additive of Chinese herbal medicine in the basal diet.The pre feeding period was 7 days and the experimental period was 56 days.The results showed that:Compared with the control group,the concentrations of interferon-γ and interleukin-2 of laying hens in the experimental group were increased by 34.87% and 69.47% respectively(P<0.01).The serum triglyceride content was decreased by 35.48%,the total antioxidant capacity was increased by 1.96%,the catalase activity was increased by 28.67% and the superoxide dismutase activity was increased by 7.56%(P<0.01).The content of total cholesterol was decreased by 8.95% and the content of globulin was increased by 27.62%(P<0.05).The cholesterol content of egg yolk in the experimental group was decreased by 38.91%,and the content of crude ash,phosphorus,magnesium,vitamin E and total amino acids was increased by 18.07%,14.31%,8.18%,10.88% and 3.52% respectively(P<0.01).The content of crude protein,selenium and vitamin B6 was increased by 2.38%,5.71% and 13.64%,respectively,and the content of crude fat was decreased by 7.84%(P<0.05).It was suggested that 0.2%Chinese herbal compound additives could significantly improve the immunity,antioxidant capacity and the content of trace elements,vitamins and amino acids in egg yolk of aged laying hens,significantly reduce the blood lipid level and yolk cholesterol content of aged laying hens,and improve the nutritional composition of eggs.
