摘　　要：中国的产业学院建设是国家应对新一轮产业变革、践行科教强国战略的重要举措。该研究以地方高校的电梯产业学院为研究载体,通过借鉴国内外产业学院的建设模式,运用系统科学理论,探索建立和完善了以地方产业需求为牵引,政府、高校和企业深度融合的产业学院建设体制机制。通过“回头看”产业学院的建设征程,进一步明确了电梯产业学院的办学定位、建设思路、培养模式和培养架构,凝练和重构了“四位一体”的培养方案,创建了产教融合“三心两系一主体”的人才培养架构,形成了电梯产业学院的系统化建设机制。并在进化和优化中向现代产业学院目标迈进,为企业输送更多急需紧缺的高技能应用型人才,写好苏州“争当表率、争做示范、走在前列”的产业学院育人篇章,服务地方产业和社会经济建设。The construction of industrial colleges in China is an important initiative for the country to react to the new round of industrial changes and to practice the strategy of strengthening the country through science and education. The study takes the Intelligent Elevator Industry College in local applied university as the research carrier, draws on the construction mechanism of the industry colleges at home and abroad, and applies the theory of system science to explore the establishment and improvement of the institutional mechanism for the construction of the industry colleges. As well as meet the demand of local industries, and realize the deep integration among the government, universities and enterprises. Through “looking back” at the construction process of the Intelligent Elevator Industry College, the positioning, constructive ideas, training mode and training structure were discussed, and the “four-in-one” training program was condensed and reconstructed. It has created a talent training structure of “three centers, two departments and one main body” for the integration of industry and education. Now, a systematic construction mechanism for the Elevator Industry College is formed and is moving towards the goal of the modern industrial college in the process of evolution and optimization. Further, deliver more highly skilled and applied talents that are urgently needed by enterprises, and write the Suzhou’s “Striving to be a leader, striving to be a model, striving to be ahead” education story which enable the university to serve local industries, social, and economic construction.
