摘  要:随着知识经济时代发展,全球竞争不断加剧,有效获取和整合快速更新知识资源的能力直接决定了大学生能否在未来激烈职场竞争中获胜。高等教育的目的不仅在于向学生传递大量知识,更重要的是引导学生自主学习,培养学生终生学习的意识和能力。文章聚焦大学生“自主学习能力形成规律”和“知识流动规律”的关键影响因素及其相互关系,针对机械类大学生学习能力培养的关键环节进行系列改革探索与尝试,在广泛知识资源集合支撑下,构建多角度资源集合,师、生、社会协同联动,培养机械类大学生自主学习能力。With the development of the era of knowledge economy and the intensifying of global competition, the ability to effectively acquire and integrate rapidly updated knowledge resources directly determines whether college students can win in the fierce workplace competition in the future. The aim of higher education is not only to transfer a lot of knowledge to students, but also to guide students’ self-regulated learning and cultivate students’ awareness and ability of lifelong learning. In this study, the key influencing factors and relationship of the training law of self-regulated learning ability of college students and law of knowledge flow were focused on. A series of reform exploration and attempts were carried out for the key steps in the cultivation of mechanical college students’ self-regulated learning ability. The multi-type resource collection was constructed with the support of extensive knowledge resources. Teachers, students and society are collaborate and cooperate to cultivate the self-regulated learning ability of mechanical college students.
