摘　　要：许多临床研究表明肾囊肿与主动脉瘤的发生有密切的相关性,其中基质金属蛋白酶家族及PKD基因在两种疾病中显示出相关性,现就肾囊肿与主动脉瘤相关病理及病因学研究进展做一综述。Many clinical studies have shown that renal cyst is closely related to the occurrence of aortic aneurysm.Among them, matrix metalloproteinase family and PKD gene showed correlation in the two diseases.This article reviews the progress of pathology and etiology of renal cyst and aortic aneurysm.
