《医原图说》的医易思想浅探

摘　　要：《医原图说》是清代金理所写的一部医易汇通著作,书中根据整体观念和天人相应等理念以太极、阴阳、五行、八卦以及《河图》《洛书》来解说易学与人身脏腑形体的对应关系,虽然有些对应关系存在争议,但也启迪了后学。金理还借助坎卦和离卦等卦象来解释命门和三焦的确切内涵。并且以太极之理解说生脉散斡旋人体元气的重要作用;以《河图》之道阐释六味地黄丸、补中益气汤、四物汤、二陈汤等方剂中药物的配伍原理;以《洛书》中颜色的对应关系阐明逍遥散、四君子汤等方药的具体作用,因此《医原图说》中的论述对医易关系的研究有重要的参考意义。Yi Yuan Tu Shuo is a work written by Jin Li in the Qing Dynasty,which explained the correspondence between Yixue and the body of human organs according to the concepts of the overall concept and the correspondence of heaven and man,such as Taiji,Yin and Yang,Five Elements,Bagua,and Hetu and Luoshu.Although some of the correspondence were controversial,they have enlightened later learners.Jin Li also used the trigrams such as Kangua and Ligua to explain the exact connotations of the Mingmen and Sanjiao.And with the understanding of Tai Chi,Shengmai powder mediated the important role of human vitality.He took Hetu as a means to explain the compatibility principle of drugs in prescriptions such as Liuwei Dihuang Pill,Tonic Andi Qi Soup,Siwu Soup,Erchen Soup,etc.;The correspondence of colors in Luoshu was used to clarify the specific role of prescription drugs such as Xiaoyao powder and Sijunzi Soup.Therefore,Yi Yuan Tu Shuo showed great significance for the study of the relationship between Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yixue.
