摘 要:为了快速准确地测定油茶籽含油率,解决传统测定方法费时费力等问题,提出一种基于低场核磁共振技术的油茶籽含油率快速测定方法。以油茶籽作为试验对象,采用NMI20低场核磁共振仪测定油茶籽含油率,与索氏提取法结果进行比较分析,并考察方法的精密度和稳定性。结果表明:核磁共振法不同时间定标油茶籽油和水分标准曲线的拟合相关系数均大于0.999,核磁共振信号响应值相近,油茶籽油和水分定标曲线表现稳定,可重复性好。两种方法测定的30份样品含油率结果绝对偏差均小于2%,平均相对偏差均小于3%。核磁共振法试验精密度和稳定性结果,20份样品7次重复测定含油率结果标准偏差范围为0.10%~0.24%,均小于0.3%;变异系数范围为0.34%~0.91%,均在1.0%以内。20份样品7次测定含油率结果标准偏差范围为0.58%~2.43%,均小于3%;变异系数范围为1.47%~9.14%,均在10%以内,稳定性好。因此,核磁共振法可作为快速、无损、准确测定油茶籽含油率的测定方法。In order to quickly and accurately detect the oil content of Camellia oleifera seed and solve the time-consuming and laborious problems of traditional detection methods.A method for quick detecting the oil content based on low field nuclear magnetic resonance(LF-NMR).C.oleifera seeds are used as test objects,and the oil content is determined by the soviet extract(SE)and LF-NMR method,compare the results,and examining the precision and stability of the method.The results shows that the fitting correlation coefficients of the calibration curves of C.oleifera seed oil and moisture at different times were all greater than 0.999,and the NMR signal response values were similar.The calibration curves of C.oleifera seed oil and moisture showed stable performance and good repeatability.The absolute deviation and average relative deviation of the two methods were all less than 2%and 3%,respectively.Precision and stability of NMR tests,the SD of oil content of 20 C.oleifera seeds was 0.10%~0.24%,all less than 0.3%,and the CV was 0.34%~0.91%,all within 1.0%.The SD range of oil content of 20 samples for 7 times was 0.58%-2.43%,all less than 3%,and the CV range was 1.47%~9.14%,all within 10%,indicating good stability.Therefore,NMR method can be used as a detection method for fast,non-destructive,and accurate metering of C.oleifera seeds.
