企业位势在联盟组合多样性与海外绩效中的作用机制

摘　　要：构建了一个基于联盟组合多样性、联盟组合位势、资源整合能力、联盟组合管理能力与海外绩效的理论模型,研究企业位势在联盟组合多样性与海外绩效中的作用机制。通过对298家企业数据的实证分析,结果发现:联盟组合的多样性与海外绩效之间存在显著的负向关系;联盟组合位势的两个维度结构位势和关系位势,以及资源整合能力在联盟组合多样性与海外绩效关系中发挥着显著的链式中介作用;联盟组合的管理能力在联盟组合多样性与海外绩效关系中调节作用失效。Based on constructing a theoretical model based on alliance portfolio diversity, alliance portfolio position, resource integration capability, alliance portfolio management capability, this paper analyzes the role of firm position in the diversity of alliance portfolio and overseas performance. Through empirical analysis of date from 298 enterprises, the results show that there is a significant negative relationship between the alliance portfolios diversity and overseas performance. The two dimensions of alliance position, structural position and relationship position, and resource integration capability play a significant chain intermediary role in that two. The management capability of the alliance portfolio fails to play a regulating role in that two.
