射频热疗联合药物灌注治疗恶性浆膜腔积液的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨恶性浆膜腔积液患者在采取射频热疗联合药物灌注治疗时的疗效。方法前瞻性选择2021年11月~2022年5月兵器工业五二一医院收治的80例恶性浆膜腔积液患者,按照随机数表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流治疗,试验组患者采用射频热疗联合药物灌注治疗,两组均治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗有效率,治疗前后的生活质量、血纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)、血D-二聚体水平。结果试验组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的FDP、D-二聚体水平均升高,且试验组升高幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的生活质量评分均升高,且试验组患者的升高幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于恶性浆膜腔积液患者而言,采取射频热疗联合药物灌注治疗疗效更优,可显著升高患者的FDP、D-二聚体水平,提高其生活质量,有应用价值。Objective To investigate the eff ect of radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with drug infusion in patients with malignant serous effusion.Methods A prospective selection of 80 patients with malignant serous effusion admitted to the No.521 Hospital of the Weapon Industry from November 2021 to May 2022 was conducted.The patients in the group were treated with closed thoracic drainage by central venous catheter,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with drug perfusion.Both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment.The treatment effi ciency of the two groups of patients was compared,and the quality of life,fi brin degradation products(FDP)and blood D-dimer level were compared before and after treatment.Results The treatment eff ective rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The level of FDP and blood D-dimer were increased,and the change in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of patients in both groups increased,and the increase of patients in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with malignant serous effusion,radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with drug perfusion therapy has better curative eff ect,can signifi cantly increase the level of FDP and D-dimer,and improve their quality of life,which has application value.
