肾藏象时令性特征的源流梳理及临床应用分析

摘　　要：从时间结构的角度认识人体是中医学的特色所在,与现代科学从空间结构认识人体有着本质的区别,时令性是中医藏象、经络的本质特征。本文通过对这一理念的源头——《黄帝内经·素问》中肾藏象相关的养生、预防、诊断、治疗、转归的时令性特征进行梳理,结合分析其在现代临床中的应用,提出了不仅应当注重肾脏在冬季的时令规律,还应注重其余脏腑在冬季、肾脏在其他三个季节的时令规律。本文从理论基础和临床应用两个方面进行阐述,以期为揭示肾藏象时间结构本质提供一定的基础。Understanding human body from the perspective of time structure is the characteristic of TCM,which is essentially different from space structure in modern science. Seasonal characteristic is the basic feature of visceral manifestations and meridians. By sorting out the seasonal characteristics of health preservation,prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis related to Kidney manifestations in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon · Simple Questions,the origin of this concept,and analyzing its application in modern clinical practice,this study proposed that attention should be paid not only to the seasonal laws of Kidney in winter,but also to the seasonal laws of other Zang-Fu organs in winter and Kidney in other three seasons. It provided a certain basis for revealing the nature of time structure of Kidney manifestations from two aspects of theoretical basis and clinical application.
