摘　　要：目的:探讨小细胞肺癌发生低钠血症的特点、发生机制和治疗措施。方法:回顾分析1例低钠血症合并小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料。结果:本例患者因肺癌1年余伴咳嗽咯痰、乏力3 d入院,予对症治疗后好转。结论:掌握低钠血症合并小细胞肺癌的临床特点,针对病因纠正低钠血症,从而改善肺癌患者的预后。Objective:To explore the characteristics,mechanism and treatment of hyponatremia in small cell lung cancer.Methods:The clinical data from a patient with hyponatremia and small cell lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Results:This patient was admitted to the hospital due to suffering from lung cancer for more than 1 year,cough,expectoration,and fatigue for 3 days and his conditions were improved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:The prognosis of the patient can be improved by mastering the clinical characteristics of hyponatremia combined with small cell lung cancer and correcting hyponatremia according to the cause.
