摘  要:为了解西南喀斯特地区金银花林地不同坡位及土壤剖面的微生物量碳氮和土壤酶活性,以重庆市秀山县青场镇南农村金银花林地为研究对象,分析比较3个坡位(上坡US、中坡MS、下坡BS)和2个剖面层次(表层0~10 cm,亚表层10~20 cm)的SMBC(土壤微生物量碳)、SMBN(土壤微生物量氮),_(q)MBC(微生物碳熵)、_(q)MBN(微生物氮熵),CAT(过氧化氢酶)、INV(蔗糖酶)、URE(脲酶)的分异特征及相关关系。结果表明:随坡位下降,URE递增,SMBC、SMBN、_(q)MBC、_(q)MBN、CAT、INV则先增加后减少,以中坡最大。表层SMBC、SMBN、_(q)MBC、_(q)MBN、CAT、INV、URE均高于亚表层。相关性分析结果显示SMBC、SMBN、_(q)MBC、_(q)MBN、CAT、INV、URE间存在显著(P<0.05)正相关关系。该研究支持了坡位、坡面是土壤微生物量碳氮和土壤酶活性分布的重要影响因素的观点。Soil microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen and enzyme activity were studied in soils of different slope position and profile in Lonicera japonica forest land of karst region of southwest China.In this paper,we researched on L.japonica forest land at Nannong village,Qingchang town,Xiushan state,Chongqing City,to analysis the spatial characteristics and correlation of three different slope position(Up Slope(US),Middle Slope(MS),Below Slope(BS))and two different surface layer(0~10 cm)and sub-surface layer(10~20 cm)on SMBC(soil microbial biomass carbon),SMBN(soil microbial biomass nitrogen),_(q)MBC(microbial carbon entropy),_(q)MBN(microbial nitrogen entropy),CAT(catalase),INV(invertase),URE(urease).The result showed that URE increased as the slope level decreases,while SMBC,SMBN,_(q)MBC,_(q)MBN,CAT and INV all first increased and then decreased,with the largest in the MS.In addition,there was the same trend(surface>sub-surface)observed for SMBC,SMBN,_(q)MBC,_(q)MBN,CAT,INV and URE in the same slope position.Correlation analysis indicated that there were significant(P<0.05)positive correlations among SMBC,SMBN,_(q)MBC,_(q)MBN,CAT,INV and URE in different slope position and profile level.This study supported that slope position and slope surface were important factors affecting the distribution of soil microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen and soil enzyme activities.
