摘　　要：目的研究肿瘤相关因子TSHR在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达,探讨甲状腺乳头状癌的发生机制,为甲状腺乳头状癌的发现、诊断、治疗提供新的思路。方法选取甲状腺乳头状癌病人30例,分别提取其甲状腺乳头状癌组织及正常甲状腺组织,行Western-blot及荧光定量RT-PCR检测其TSHR及BRAF的表达水平。结果甲状腺乳头状癌组织中TSHR表达量较正常组织明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲状腺乳头状癌组织中TSHR表达与BRAF表达呈正相关关系,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺乳头状癌细胞中TSHR因子的表达水平较正常组织显著升高,且与BRAF的表达呈正相关关系,其成因可能与甲状腺乳头状癌的进展刺激TSHR的被动表达有关。ObjectiveTo study the expression of tumor-related factor TSHR in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC),to reveal the pathogenesis of papillary thyroid carcinoma and to provide new ideas for detection,diagnosis and treatment of PTC.Methods30 specimens of PTC and normal tissues were got form PTC patients,and the expression of TSHR and BRAF were detected by Western blot and RT-PCR.ResultsTSHR expression was higher in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues than that in adjacent non-tumor tissues(P<0.05).TSHR expression was positively correlated with BRAF expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).ConclusionThe expression level of TSHR in papillary thyroid cancer cells was significantly higher than that in normal tissues,and it was positively correlated with the expression of BRAF,which could be related to the passive expression of TSHR stimulated by the progression of papillary thyroid cancer.
