左乙拉西坦治疗儿童难治性癫痫的疗效与用药安全性分析

摘　　要：目的评估儿童难治性癫痫应用左乙拉西坦治疗取得的效果。方法选取医院2019年1月—2022年1月60例难治性癫痫患儿,使用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例,对照组采用丙戊酸钠片治疗,观察组采用左乙拉西坦治疗,将两组难治性癫痫患儿的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,观察组的神经元特异性烯醇酶与不良反应总发生率低于对照组,观察组生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童难治性癫痫应用左乙拉西坦治疗效果显著,值得予以推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of levetiracetam in the treatment of refractory epilepsy in children.Methods A total of 60 children with refractory epilepsy from January 2019to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valproate sodium tablets,and the observation group was treated with levetiracetam.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of neuron-specific enolase and adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life scale score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of levetiracetam in the treatment of refractory epilepsy in children is effective and worthy of promotion.
