摘  要:实施劳动教育是构建德智体美劳全面培养教育体系的有机组成,是新时代“五育并举”“五育融合”的时代要求。目前高校存在对劳动教育价值认识误区,劳动教育机制的建立缺失和对劳动教育内涵的界定弱化等问题。因此,高校应着力构建实现校内外、课内外互融互通的“五育协同十全融合”的全员全程劳动育人体系,并且融入人才培养“知-行-情”全过程,实施劳动教育的保障措施及建立劳动教育考核评价机制,使高校劳动教育能真正破解实施困境,实现新时代学生全面而有个性发展的育人目标。The implementation of labor education is an organic component of building a education system for all around development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education, and is the request of “five education simultaneously” and “five education integration” in the new era. At present, there are some problems in colleges and universities, such as misunderstanding of the value of labor education, lack of the establishment of labor education mechanism and weakening of the definition of labor education connotation. “The five educations synergism and ten integrations” labor education system for all courses and students is constructed, which is integrate into the whole process of “knowledge-practice-emotion” in talent cultivation,and realize the intercommunication between inside and outside the school and inside and outside the class.Then, the safeguard measures for implementing labor education have been put forward, and the assessment and evaluation mechanism of labor education has been established at the same time. It is hoped that the labor education in universities can really solve the implementation of difficulties, to achieve the comprehensive and personality development of students education goals in the new era.
