摘　　要：本文简要追溯外交语言形成的历史语境,着重分析外交人作为言语者的格调品位,讨论外交语言的本土风格与时代性;参照不同类型职业语言的同时,梳理归纳外交语言的关键特征,指明外交以非暴力、持续沟通方式实现国家利益的本质,以及外交语言相应而生的内在属性。作者借鉴语言学视角,如语言的层次分析、习得过程、从“工具”到价值建构的研究转向等,提示外交语言的追索蕴意深远、空间无限。涉及实际外交工作时,它指明了制度建设和能力提升的台阶;作为对人的精神现象的特殊思考,拓出新时代外交学研究的新方向。外交语言研究应把“人”字大写,为广义的外交美学建设添砖加瓦。This article has been briefed the historical line of diplomacy and diplomatic language,focusing taste and style of language in cycle of diploma stage and official sites,especially with speaker motherland manner and popular fashions.It also gave a comparative note over various professional languages such as military,commercial and scientific ones,revealing essences of non-violent,non-obstruct and non-isolate communication functions.Linguistic tools and methods have been borrowed for analyzing international politics and its language imprint repeatedly and vitally in this paper.This study prompted here,according to the author,may put some challenges and inspirations both at diplomatic practice and conventional research.
